I found this on Facebook. Great site for woman over 40.
I have done 2 beauty pageants at age 48 and feel blessed that I did them. I think it is great that this lady did them because she wants to share her message. They do inspire you to meet your goals.

What a great Birthday gift to herself. She does not look her age. I really enjoyed the interview. Thanks for the input on Type 2 diabetes. It’s hard to focus on loosing weight. I have so much to loose I give up way to easily. I will try harder.

  9. Tracy Lim says:

I saw this on Face book. This lady does not look a day of 25. I sure hope I look as good as she does at 40. I am so overweight and tried all the time. I am hoping taking some of this weight off will help my energy level.
Thank you for sharing her story. Eye opener. Most people have to have surgery to get that much weight off. I have consisered it many time but am hoping I don’t have to do that.
I probably should get tested for diabetes. I have a few symptoms just mild. I get fearful I do have it. That is mostly why I don’t get tested.

My goal is to lose 50 by age 50 so I have 7 months to go. I am a tid bit older than Jill but I know I can do it. I have 42 stubborn pounds to ditch and it’s been really hard so far. I have to watch all portions which is just not that easy. BUT it’s working. Nice to see real people tell there stories. Maybe in 7 months I will have one to tell.
    Great site here: http://weighdownsouth.com/portion-control-5-ways-to-do-it/

  16. Good luck Rita!! We are rooting you on! Jill has been inspiring so many and we are so happy that you found her story one that you could relate too! Keep us posted!
