So today the question is: Are you finding some fun ways to get your body moving? Nothing compares to the feeling you get after a great day of eating right and exercising… but being this “good” can be a challenge!
It’s important to find a way to exercise at least 3 times a week and walk at least 30 minutes every day. We all know how important this is to your body, but did you know it can help your self-esteem too? In fact, trying something new, such as Zumba, arial yoga or just going out dancing can burn calories and you won’t even feel like you’re working out!
