What a great idea…first off, we love that is it NOT Christmas themed.. PLEASE …we women over 40 and have had enough of those darn ugly Christmas sweaters! AMEN!

The Tory Burch flats (Zappos.com) could be any brand and still look nice!
One note, we usually DONT like the tucked in look on most over 40 bodies..so beware of that!
That being said, how about tucking it out with a nice hip belt and some tight jeans!
Get inspired…what a great mix of neutrals and color!
Moreover, you can have fun looking in your closet to see if you can pull a classy, but casual outfit together!

This is a great outfit but I have a question about what would you wear on your legs that would go with it? I’m studying this color combination and wondering… what color tights or leggings would work with those shoes and that skirt? If I had that exact outfit I’d be stuck for ideas. And I can’t go bare-legged (freezing winter, uber-white legs, vein-y too). Thanks for any insight you can give this color-challenged fab-over-forty gal.

What would we wear on on legs? We would go with dark brown tights or flesh colored fishnets. Nude pantyhose is always an option if you were to wear heels however with flats, they can be rather aging!
