Most women love sweets and sugar,  (and The Glam Gals are no exception) even though we all know that we should probably be eating less of it.

    If you love chocolate, like I do, you should try the new line of Zone Perfect bars. Triple dark chocolate, dark chocolate cookies-n-cream, dark chocolate with Almonds, dark chocolate with caramel…..I know what you are thinking, ugh those “energy bars”. Keep thinking that and there’ll be more for me! They are so yummy you think you are indulging when you are actually eating a mini-meal of 190 calories with 12g of protein. I’ve been trying to lose the 25-divorce pounds I gained and I eat one of these for my 10AM and 4PM feedings; mini-meals at 7, 10, 1, 4 and 7 with Sunday as an off day. I actually prefer these now over a Milano cookie. Yup you heard me right.
