    If you want to really shape your body with just going to the gym, try roller or inline skating. Just watch figure skating on tv. What great bodies men and women have without being full of muscles. I am so impressed at the great shape these people are in. It works the whole body, and the core. I am committed to learn how to roller skate and get outside. I hope you all agree or can pass along information, as how to roller skate.
