Equalizer, the Secret to a Flat Stomach
Do you have a pooch? (And we don’t mean a dog!)

That’s what we call that flabby loose skin, that little pot belly, that goes south over your pants like a saggy pillow. (Ahhh, gravity!)
It’s the number one concern of gals our age. If you’ve been dragging yourself off to ab classes to fix the problem, then check out this article by our friend, fitness trainer Marc Lebert. It sound like you may be wasting your time.
So, how do you get the nice flat tummy you once had, short of lipo?
Marc has invented a new fitness gizmo that will help do the trick. It’s called The Equalizer and it’s getting rave reviews.
We tried it and it’s kind of fun …almost like playing on monkey bars. (We love anything like this that makes us forget we’re exercising!)
After few workouts on the Equalizer, those low rise pants you’ve been eyeing might just be an option!

I don’t know if there really is one thing that can make the pooch go away. In my mid 40s the pooch started to appear. I figured I just had to live with it ’cause that’s what happened to women in their forties.
But then I joined Weight Watchers (lost 35 pounds), a circuit gym, and continued with Pilates.
In 9 months the pooch was gone and I’m back to flat abs. But it took diet, cardio and core exercise. Do you really think the Equalizer can accomplish the same thing in less time? If so, sign me up!
Hi Denise, great post and congrats on your success to date! As you eluded to there is more to getting into shape than just a peice of exercise equipment. It takes a healthy diet, consistency and perseverance as well. What the Equalizer does is allow the user to perform many compound strength training exercises (compound exercises work many muscles at once and are the most effective/efficeint way to build strength and increase your metabolism) using their own body weight. Often these exercises are performed in succession to get a great cardio workout at the same time! The Equalizer is simple in design and the exercises are simple to perform but they are not necessarily easy. The Equalizer, like any peice of exercise equipment is only as good as the person who is using it but if you do follow a strength training routine using the Equalizer (and the assistance of a trainer is a great idea to help with exercise selection, form and most importantly- intensity) you will find your muscles getting tighter and more toned. Ad to that the proper diet and a little consistency (and intensity) and you can achieve phenominal results!
