These gals look Age-mazing,  even though we all know that many of them work out like crazy, and have even had cosmetic surgery to help.

Still, we can’t help but look and think, that with some hard work, we might be able to do the same. It got us wondering….

    She is beautiful! Has a great body. Wish I could afford a personal trainer. Most celebs of one you know.

  2. Well, lets not forget that sometimes the best things do not cost a lot. A membership to the YMCA or just going out for a daily walk, can keep us all fit.
    We just need to keep moving and watch our diets more and get off the computer and off the couch!!!

    From gym rat to yoga queen! I’ve now been practicing yoga for 6 years…and it’s been my ONLY form of exercise. Still, my body has never been better – stronger, leaner and healthier than when I was a gym rat, thinking I had to work out 6 times a week. I’m 48 and working to be beautifully 50! My mantra is “everything in moderation” – from exercise, diet, life, everything!
    I eat a healthy well -balanced diet 80% of the time, and let myself indulge 20% of the time…ok, it’s probably more like 90/10 vs. 80/20. I NEVER diet – if I over-indulge, I just make up for it with more exercise or less calories for a few days. I always eat a healthy whole-grain, protein filled breakfast, lunch is usually a turkey sandwich with lots of veggies and whole grain bread, snacks include nuts, fruit, and cheese and dinner includes more protein and vegetables. I drink wine and champagne with friends and live on water and tea during the day! I love your blot and it’s exactly my interest! Bravo!

  4. Hi Cindy, Sounds like you have your life in order!!! Three cheers!!! Also, don’t you agree when your body is fit, you feel better in your clothes!
    I (JoJami) have been doing lots of yoga for the last 7 years and LOVE it. However, I like to add in a few Zumba and Ballroom classes and walking and hiking for fun as well. I’m thinking of doing some swimming too..since I tend to get bored and have to keep trying new activities! Thanks for inspiring us all to keep active!
