I’m going to go further and say that skirt is too short for even a younger woman if she doesn’t have nice, slender or shapely legs. That’s who short skirts look best on. When I was 20 I couldn’t wear short skirts on account of my chicken legs and big knees!

I don’t think age has as much to do with it as what your legs look like. There are many women in their 40s who could wear a skirt that short.

My honest opinion is that such a length should not be worn casually. It’s like cleavage. Save it for the club, the stage, the oscars or a night out – however old you are.

If you look as young as… and have legs as nice as the model…YES! But skirts shorter than fingertips are almost always iffy.

Exactly! Would not do leather. A nice sateen knee length skirt would do the trick!

I agree with all above…lengthen the skirt and it’s fine. Oh, and lose those terrible beads (too costume-y).

Hopefully, a woman over forty would stand up straight and not be so pigeon-toed either

No way, not with a green leather mini-skirt. Maybe budget chic is right, but I’d have to see another picture.

I would definitely wear this expect the skirt would be knee length. It’s a great look that scream style not age
