I recently posted some lovely women’s beach cover-ups and some great swimwear looks, and you liked them so much, you asked for more. So here are a few other ways to look beautiful at the beach.
Take the Plunge!
This feminine one-piece with the deep V-neckline draws the eye upwards away from a problem middle section. The floppy hat and the straw bag with its exotic paisley elephant motif adds a relaxed world traveler touch. A sheer, kimono-style cover-up loosely belted with tassels is sexy and free-flowing like the wind.
Seductive in the Sand
Black is a favorite color because it slims and trims and if you want a sexy-glam look, then it’s a great color too. This ruched black one piece is super figure-flattering and paired with this sheer floral skirt it looks totally Hollywood.
Nothing like a bright, leafy swimsuit to make you feel like you are Fiji, Hawaii or some other luxury hotspot. This tropical one-piece swimsuit is pure paradise. A black coverup and black hat keep this swimsuit center stage.
A Note about Accessories
- If you go for a suit that’s printed, scale back on accessories to keep your look chic. Meanwhile, if your suit is solid-color, add interest with bold extras.
- For footwear, stick to simple flip-flops. Anything else just looks like you’re trying too hard! As for a purse, forget anything leather. Opt for light colors in straw, cotton, and other fabrics that breathe, or even a perforated tote!
- Don’t overlook hats. Fedora styles add a bit of tomboy cool while wide-brimmed varieties can be boho or super-glam.
- Sunglasses finish your look. An oversized pair adds glamor like nothing else while cat-eye shapes are playfully retro. Find out how to pick the right sunglasses here.
It’s a Wrap!
I’m always raving about how wrap dresses whittle your waist and play up your bust, and it’s the same with a wrap swimsuit. This bold blue bathing suit is just what you need when you want something simple, elegant and figure flattering.
Have fun at the beach!
