I’ve heard great things about a raw food diet. The only drawback I’ve heard is that the food preparation is very time-consuming (more so than cooking food?). Definitely worth looking into.
Let’s be honest here…more so than diet, the reason Carol Alt and Demi Moore look the way they do is due to cosmetic surgery. Lots of it. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with surgical help, as long as no one lies about it.
My brother was a raw foodist for about a year and said he never felt better. As a result of his endeavor, I’ve done my share of research on the topic and believe it has some wonderful benefits. Devil is right though, food prep is time-consuming, and though possible, it is difficult to make such a dramatic change — especially when you have a family. It’s always something I think about though.
