Hello and thank you for this information. I a
Ways find it harder to dress age appropriate in the summer. I am will be 41 next week and i am confused about what to wear. I love the skimmers and ankle pants out this season but i personally look and feel best in a long pant. I have very skinny legs that i am embarrassed of…is it okay to wear long pants during the summer? If so what kind of shoe? I need to dress buisness casual so i am even more confused. Thanks for any help.

    • Danielle, it’s ok to wear whatever you are comfortable in during the summer! Try on lots of different things to see what makes you feel confident. If it’s long pants, try long, slim cut trousers with a blouse and cute flats, low heels or sandals for a crisp business casual look. Or flowy linen pants with sandals for casual Fridays. What’s more important than anyone’s “shoulds” or “shouldn’ts” is how you feel. Confidence is the best accessory.
