How much water do we really need?

Beauty and health experts have been preaching for years that you need to drink 8 glasses of water a day to look and feel fabulous.
So, we’ve tried, but it’s been a challenge. Not only is it hard to stomach all that water, let alone remember to drink it, but you end up spending way too much time looking for a ladie’s room to relieve your 40+ year old baldder.
