Nothing makes us feel more invigorated or confident in our bodies than a good workout. It’s good for your mind and your body. One of my favorite activities is biking. I do it every chance I get!
2) Indulge in a haircut
A little time spent in the stylist’s chair is never a bad thing. A great haircut will boost your self-esteem and take years off your face. The relaxation factor is sure to refresh your spirit, too.
3) Pamper yourself
This doesn’t have to mean an expensive day at a spa. A relaxing bath at home with aromatherapy oils, candles and your favorite music will do the trick just the same. Set aside an hour to soak and clear your mind. You’ll be thankful you did.
4) Wear a favorite outfit
When you look good, you feel good. A favorite outfit will make you feel like a million bucks. So, go ahead. Grab it out of your closet, put it on, and flaunt it! Deborah and I love bright colors for making us feel alive.
