It’s a simple, but really basic mistake…wearing the wrong colors!
When you wear colors that do not complement your skin, hair and eye tone you will look less attractive and older than your years.
Proof in point. Here’s Gabriela in this black and gray top which did nothing to flatter her pretty face.
When Gabriela had a color analysis it was very obvious that she had a warm (golden) undertone to her skin. Meanwhile she had on cool icy colors and cool pink lipstick and blush.
Look at the difference when we draped this warm, earthy scarf around her neck. She suddenly came to life. Her skin glowed her eyes sparkled and she looked better. All she needs to do is to change the color of her lipstick and blush to a more peachy/warm red tone coral/peachy tone to really come alive. We also suggested she also go red, her natural color or strawberry blonde, because the ash shade in her hair was dulling her down.
Karen, was another example of how color can really change your look. She came in wearing dark cool muted colors, but her golden brown eyes, auburn hair and beige skin showed she had warm undertones.
When she changed her gray scarf to this colorful Missoni inspired scarf, was clear, that like Gabriela, she was warm. Again, she needs to adjust her make-up accordingly, and her dark black glasses need to be warmer.
