I just polled my Fabulous After 40 Facebook community and discovered that you’re crazy about boots! So this week, I thought I’d share what some of my readers, also 40+ bloggers, are wearing in the way of fall boot trends. Let’s see how they’ve styled their boots.

What do you wear with skinny-colored jeans to look modern and fun? A cute pair of booties is a good start. Fashion blogger Kat loves her fabulous camel booties paired with her sporty raspberry jeans. At almost 5’2″, the only style working for me is the same color boots and tights, leggings, or pants. The tall boots make me look like a cartoon. The shorties make me look dumpy. There aren’t many midcalves with narrow circumferences to choose from. Does anybody find any skinny boots that are leather, not fabric??
