2. Floral Easter Dress

Easter wouldn’t be Easter without a floral dress. This floral blocked print dress is an updated and flattering way of wearing florals.

You strategically placed flowers on a classy white sheath dress, drawing the eye up to frame your face and flatter your figure. Accessorize with baby blues and greens to enhance the florals and bring the garden feel to life.

Blue and White Chiffon Easter Dress

3. Chiffon Easter Dress

Early morning church services, followed by the traditional  Easter egg hunt and a delicious family brunch, are all good reasons to want to dress up. One of my favorite types of dresses at Easter is something chiffon. The floaty chiffon dress has what many gals our age look for – sophistication and sleeves.  (Lol)

This dress combines classic knife pleats with a colorful, artsy print set against a slimming navy background. It’s Easter-like in a creative, modern way.

Lilac Easter Dress

4. Pastel Easter Dress

Easter is all about pastels, so a pastel-colored dress is always a good choice.  This year, saturated pastels are trending in yellow, blue, pink, mint green, peach, and lavender, which is the most popular and often stunning! This gorgeous sheath has a flattering fit and the prettiest puff sleeves to give it an extra feminine touch.

5. Wrap Style Easter Dress

Suppose you want an Easter dress you know you will wear repeatedly in other settings; get a wrap dress. I don’t know of any other dress that is so feminine and versatile. Yellow and white says Easter to me. This dress would also be fabulous in the middle of summer. It looks so cool and breezy.

Floral Shirtdress for Easter

6. Shirtdress Style Easter Dress

Shirtdress styles are another great choice for Easter, and with so many feminine versions of this classic menswear in stores right now, you are sure to find one you love. This puff-sleeve, tiered skirt style is very popular at the moment. I love the soft colors and the gorgeous garden print. It feels like the perfect Easter dress.

Navy Floral Painterly Print Easter Dress

7. Artsy Easter Dress

For creative types who like an artsy look and feel this navy painterly print dress is lovely. Bright, bold florals wash across this print, making it look like a work of art. Sleek chiffon pleats and a flattering high waist give this dress a sophisticated look.

Cream Eyelet Easter Dress

8. Eyelet Easter Dress

There’s nothing as pretty at Easter time as a lacy eyelet dress, and this one feels special. This delicate dress is fully lined and has a beautiful empire shape that whittles your middle. The off-white shade is soft and creamy against aging skin, and that hemline is a wow!

Pink and Red Flutter Sleeve Easter Dress

9. Flutter Sleeve Easter Dress

If you like something bright and light, you’ll love the print on this sweet flutter-sleeve dress. Abstract pink flowers on a backdrop of orangey-red are a modern color mix that creates a fresh, contemporary look.  Buttons up the front from top to toe give this dress a slimming effect.

Bell Sleeve Easter Dress

10. Spring Green Bell Sleeve Dress

This dress reminds me of the green grass of spring. I love this striking green shade, the pretty ruched style, and the flirty bell sleeves. Plus, it’s super stretchy and soft, too. It’s a great dress for Easter or to wear all year round!

Happy Easter (coming up soon), and I hope the Easter Bunny is Good to You!

  1. Hey Deborah, great advice. Question…what is a rule of thumb when wearing florals over 50? Is it more oversized florals more appropriate or smaller? Thanks?

    1. Hi Sandra, Tiny florals are aging and are not really in style. The size of the florals should be in scale with your proportions. For example, a petite woman will drown in large florals-so she should choose small to medium. A medium-size woman can wear small to large prints. A full-figured woman looks best in medium-sized photos. Small and large florals will exaggerate a large frame.

    1. Me to. I used coupons code for clothing, and it’s the perfect way to save big. Last week I bought some outfits for summer and got 60% off using a coupon code.

  2. Thank you for this infusion of all things spring. Pretty dresses with sleeves, blush accessories, yes, yes! I’m craving florals and the lightness of spring.

It's your life. Make it Fabulous!
