At the end of every month, I look at the top ten Bestsellers at Fabulous After 40. Here’s what you loved most in August!

Take a look at this! It looks like everyone is getting ready for fall. Top sellers included jeans and jackets or blazers. Layering pieces were definitely popular this month as were a few pieces from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale.

Here’s more of what everyone has been buying and why!

1. Denim jackets have been going strong for a few years now, but it’s obvious that everyone is moving towards a colorful denim rather than the traditional blue denim. This red denim trucker jacket is a beautiful choice for fall with its deep, rich color.

2. It’s no surprise these front patch pocket jeans are a best seller. This style of denim has been extremely popular lately. The front pockets create a slimming effect, and this darker wash can be dressed up easily.

3. Here’s another sign that we are shoping for fall. These pointed toe, low-heeled suede boots were winners last month. This gorgeous brown color is a neutral that can be worn with cream, beige, black, and navy.

4. This mix-stitch A-line sweater dress is a beautiful option for a dinner party or for a day at the office. It’s smart, neat, and polished, making you look professional and pulled together.

5. If you’re heading back to work after having the summer off, this twist front top looks like the one to have. Whether you are a teacher, medical professional, or in the corporate world, this top is fun yet practical.

6. For both dressy and casual outfits, this transparent strap sandal looks great and is a versatile choice for many outfits.
