Karen Kane New Arrivals Styled for You!

Lately, I’ve been featuring various clothing brands popular with women over 40. Some have been more classic, some sporty and edgy too. Today’s brand falls more on the Bohemian side.

Karen Kane is an American fashion designer whose clothes are known for their California inspired feeling. Karen started in her garage back in 1979 and today is a top seller at Macy’s, Dillards, and several other major chains.  To this day, her business is still family-run.

Karen Kane separates and dresses are relaxed, comfy, and figure-flattering.  You can always find a little tie-dye, fringe, and other boho details, but I’d generally call it Boho-light. Karen Kane has a modern style with a relaxed boho twist. Here’s a look at some new arrivals styled for you!

New Year’s Sparkle

You can always rely on Karen Kane for a nice holiday party top. This sequin wrap top is a great example. It’s classic and glamorous, but that soft draping gives it a no fuss California look and feel.

This is a perfect top to pair with some stretchy, wide-leg black pants. at Christmas. Add some sexy slingbacks which are trending right now and a soft, relaxed boho-type leather bag, and you have an easy-going party look.

When I’m looking for anything animal print, I head over to Karen Kane. Check out this front-tie leopard blouse  from a couple of years ago that is one of my favorites.

Leopard prints are a big part of the Karen Kane vibe. I love this silky, loose, relaxed blouse that looks super classy when adding a little leather.
