5 Fave Jeans & What To Wear Them With This Fall

When it comes to jeans, everybody has their favorites. From distressed, slouchy boyfriend jeans to dark wash, high-waisted skinny jeans, and everything in between, there’s a style of jeans to suit every personality. Just when you thought you’d seen it all, a few new types of fall jeans have arrived that are pretty exciting. Here’s a look at five fave jeans and what to wear them this season.

Slit Hem Jeans – Classic with a Twist

If you like classic jeans that are slim in the leg but not skin-tight, then bootcut jeans are for you. This pair goes one step further by having fashion-forward slits up the front; as with all jeans, the darker the denim, the more slimming and elegant it is. These jeans look rich and classy, but the subtle release hem also keeps them looking youthful and zippy.

Try wearing these jeans with a gorgeous pair of tall, suede ankle booties, a chunky sweater, and a pretty scarf, and you will look wow!

Colored Jeans – Bold and Fun

Your favorite blue jeans are great, but a nice change is to wear colored jeans when you get tired of blue. Red or wine-colored jeans are trending this fall and look perfect paired with this dark floral top. A gorgeous cream cardigan and black accessories will ground your look and let your colored pants grab the spotlight.

Dark Floral Jeans- Feminine

Dark Florals are pretty and feminine and so popular this fall that they have made their way into the jeans department. These playful pants are a nice change from solid-colored jeans and look fabulous when you wear a top that picks up on one of the colors from the floral print.

Booties carry the backdrop of black down to your toes, elongating your legs, and a teal suede bag finishes off by tying in the beautiful colors from the print.

Striped Jeans – Modern

Stripes burst onto the jean scene this summer and are going strong this fall. This is one of my favorite new types of jeans to wear because stripes look sporty ( which = youthful), and stripes are uber slimming. (Check out the striped jeans I wore this fall and see what I mean ). I love the relaxed look of the off-the-shoulder top with these sexy jeans.

And as for the backpack bag, this style bag is hot, hot, hot for fall! The wedge sneakers? Well, they are just different, fun, and super practical for running around in. It’s nice to try something different now and then.

Embellished Jeans – Artsy

For gals who love embellishments, you will be pleased this season. Have a look at these studded straight-leg jeans with the chic diamond pattern. Some embellished jeans can look too harsh or too juvenile. These hit a nice sweet spot.

The lighter wash looks great with a white top and a blush-colored leather jacket. The red bag gives it a bold fall note. This is an ideal transitional outfit to go from summer to fall!
