7 Pastel Sweaters To Perk Up Your Winter Wardrobe
If the snow and cold weather have you down, a pretty pastel sweater can perk up your wardrobe and your soul! Just because it’s February, don’t feel you have to stick to traditional winter colors like black, navy, gray, and burgundy.
Pastels, both light and saturated in shades of pink, blue, yellow, mint green, lavender, and peach, are trending. Better yet, they can trick your brain into feeling it’s more like spring than winter. Here are a few of my favorite pastel sweaters, from chunky knits to ribbed pullovers, the softest and prettiest sweaters, and more!

1. Lavender Ribbed Tunic
I’m already ahead of the game with this super cute ribbed lavender tunic sweater I picked up when I was in Florida recently.

I don’t know about you, but color has a huge impact on how I feel. Bright, cheery spring colors instantly lift my mood and make me feel more excited and alive when I look out my window, and all I see are bare trees and gray skies.
The nice thing about this sweater is that you can wear it on its own or layer a crisp white shirt under it. I love it both ways. Be sure to wear it with slim or skinny jeans because, with the tunic shape, it’s a little too long and boxy to look good with wide-leg jeans. Check out this IG video where I show you the difference!
2. Icy Blue Cable Knit Sweater
This cable knit sweater is a winter go-to in this icy blue color. It’s light but surprisingly warm, almost like a cozy blanket on a cold day. But don’t pack it away just yet. The open-stitch design makes it an easy choice to transition to spring.
3. Pale Yellow Cashmere Blend Cardigan
Gloomy, gray days are made brighter with this luxe cashmere-and-wool blend cardigan in a cheery shade of pale yellow. When the sun isn’t shining, this sweater will add a bit of sunshine to your look. For added versatility, wear this sweater alone or layered over a tee, tank, or cami.
4. Pink Pullover
When you want arm coverage but don’t want long sleeves, this elbow-sleeve pullover sweater is an ideal option. The Chevron print stitching adds texture and visual appeal, and this muted pink color is so pretty and pairs well with anything. When it’s too cold to wear this sweater alone, layer it under a blazer for a work look that’s comfortable and professional.
5. Peach Perforated Cotton Sweater
Here’s a playful and breezy perforated sweater that you can wear now and keep around for cool beach days in the summer. A boxy fit and drop shoulders give this perky peach sweater a relaxed and casual feel.
6.. Powder Blue Linen V-Neck Sweater
Lightweight linen gives this pale blue v-neck sweater a relaxed fit and endless layering options. Whether you toss a jacket on over it or layer a button-down under it, this sweater can be worn throughout the year with endless pair possibilities.
Pastel Rainbow Sweater | Jeans
7. Rainbow of Pastels
I am ending off this post with a darling sweater I tried on at LOFT and am kicking myself that I didn’t buy ( although I notice now it’s on sale, so maybe I’ll revisit). Isn’t this pretty? It has a rainbow of pastel colors, and it’s soft and cozy to wear, too. If you can’t decide which pastel sweater you like best, this is a good one. (Lol!)
More Pastel Sweaters!
Do you like wearing pastels in winter, or do you only wear them in summer? Which of these sweaters is your favorite?
The first drawstring sweater is so lovely. An awesome and wonderful collection of sweaters for women in spring. I especially liked the Korean sweater.
