10 Cute Summer T-Shirts Under $30
The best way to put together a summer wardrobe is to splurge on a few unique pieces you love while saving money on the everyday basics, like summer t-shirts.
If you have watched any of my Amazon Lives, you know I’ve found some good ones. Here are 10 summer tee shirts that won’t break the bank because they’re all under $30!
1. Mesh Sleeve Tee
Here’s a basic V-neck tee that looks fresh and summery because of one small, new detail—mesh sleeves. They’re light and airy and add some great texture, which goes a long way to uplevel a casual look.
This tee is soft and comfy with a perfect cut that hits that ideal sweet spot between very fitted and very relaxed. It fits true to size.
Don’t worry that your bra will show through the sleeves. With a nude-colored bra, no one will even notice.
2. Snap Button Tee
This Calvin Klein tee is another one of my favorites because of the way it does up the front. Instead of buttons, it has tiny silver snaps, which makes it feel cool and modern.
This tee has a super fit since it follows your curves but is not tight. I’m a small ( size 6), so I ordered a small, which fits me perfectly. Great quality at a great price!
3. Flutter Sleeve Tee
If you want a t-shirt with a more feminine feel, you’ll love this flutter-sleeve Tee from Amazon Essentials. It has a touch of beautiful gathering at the neckline and sweet, flowy cap sleeves. The fit is slim through the body, and it’s very stretchy and comfy.
I love this soft lavender color and modern print, but if purple isn’t your thing, it comes in several other shades.
4. Twist Front Tee
Twist-front Tees are popular, but usually, you have to tie or knot one to make it look good. Not with this tee.
It has a built-in side twist that is permanently sewn in. The advantage of a tee like this is that its curved hemline gives you much more shape than a straight hemline. The curve visually creates a waist.
This top is from Nautica, so you know it is good quality. Of course, that stunning rose color sold me, too!
5. Shoulder Tie Tee
Here’s a cute navy and white striped nautical tee with a playful summer twist.
Little ties at the side of these cutout sleeves give this tee a playful, creative look. Striped tees are one of my summer favorites, and I’m always looking for new versions of this timeless classic. This one fits the bill perfectly.

6. Knotted Side Tie Tee
Tie-front tees look cute but are also great when camouflaging a muffin top. This pretty peach-knotted side tee is thin, lightweight, and breezy—a real no-brainer with a pair of white pants or shorts this summer.
7. Modern Nautical
Can’t get enough striped nautical tees but want a change from the classic navy and white? How about this modern color combo?
I love this unique navy and bright blue mix, which makes you look twice! What a creative twist from Nautica.
8. Scalloped Tee
It’s hard to find a tee with a unique-looking neckline, so when I came across this cute tee, I bought it in three colors. Do you see the scalloping along the edges of the crew neck? What a great way to combine sporty with feminine.
9. Relaxed Twist Knot Tee
Relaxed tees are always comfy, but some can look big and baggy. This one manages to avoid that. I like how it is more fitted across the bust. It loosens across your middle and then gently folds under at the side as you deliberately do a half-side tuck. It is a pretty color, too!
10. Color Block Tee
This sporty color block tee scores big points with me. I love the colors, the chunky color block style, and the great quality and fit. Instead of a button, the little silver toggle at the neckline is the icing on the cake.

Hi Deborah,
I want to say how much I love your emails, blogs, and postings. The outfits look fantastic on you, but why do they look so different when you are on the sites to purchase? On the site’s models, some I wouldn’t even give a second look! Their models are so skinny that the clothes hang on them. Once I see that, it always makes me think twice about whether I want to order it. Mmmm
Also, I’m from Canada. Are there any Canadian sites from which you can purchase your clothing finds? The shipping and exchange always gets you.
Hi Bonnie,
Thank you for the lovely compliment. I know what you mean about some of the store models being too thin (and too young) and many look miserable, to be honest. I always try to look past that study the actual item, and read the reviews. I find that always helps! As for Canada, it’s a sad situation here. There isn’t much and what there is, the retailers don’t seem to have gotten onboard with online shopping. The best news is Nordstrom just started shipping to Canada again and while you have to pay duty, shipping, it’s at least something, although you can never be sure when it will arrive. Most retailers in fact ship to Canada such as Talbots, Chico’s, Macys etc) I tend to shop a lot in person when I visit the states. I stock up! Wish I had a better answer for you, but that is the way it is now. I’ll keep you posted. Cheers, Deb
