Not Your Daughter’s Jeans: 2 Cute Summer Looks!
This Memorial Day weekend, I’m partnering with Not Your Daughter’s Jeans to share two new styles of jeans that are fabulous for summer!
The first are these darling Ami Skinny Ankle Jeans. When it starts getting hot out, I tend to tuck away my dark wash jeans and start wearing lighter, brighter colors. White jeans are my favorite, and I own several pairs of NYDJ white jeans in various styles, but it’s nice to have a change. So when I saw these darling light wash skinnies, I thought, how perfect for summer.
Isn’t that powder blue color gorgeous? It’s so soft and pretty that it reminds me of a cloud. I’ve paired these jeans with this pretty Floral Pintuck Blouse, but they would also look fresh with a simple, white top too.
Here’s a closer look at the zippers on the ankles. Talk about sporty and cute! The zippers give these jeans a bit of an edgy moto vibe, and the cheery orange adds a playful touch.
Whether you leave the ankles zipped or unzipped is your choice. I like them mainly zipped to make my legs look long and sleek, but I unzip them just a touch to give a relaxed chic vibe. These jeans feel really soft on, plus they’re nice and stretchy. I always find Not Your Daughter’s jeans so comfy!
