Faux Leather Quilted Lady Jacket
Do you like leather, but are tired of that same old moto jacket style we’ve been seeing for years? Me too, so I tried on this classy faux leather lady jacket that edgy, but a little more feminine. That’s a hard combo to find!
The rich burgundy color is such a refreshing change from black, and the quilting, gives it a high fashion Chanel-inspired look, without having to spend big bucks!
You can wear this jacket done up, or unbutton it and wear a mockneck or a blouse underneath.
I think it looks pretty chic with my cropped jeans and these elegant pointy-toe sling backs. Of course, when cooler weather arrives I’ll be switching to some elegant high shaft booties that slide under the hem of these jeans.

Leopard Poncho
Remember the leopard cashmere sweater I showed you in my other Talbots sale try-on? Here’s a different take on animal print that is just as nice.
It’s a leopard print poncho, and I’m wearing it with this beautiful, slightly sparkly camel sweater, and these really great-fitting black bootleg jeans.
I love a good poncho because its adds a bit of glamour to a casual outfit, and I’m a glam gal at heart! This one is pretty light so you can even wear it indoors (like to a restaurant) so long as you wear a thinner, lighter top underneath.

Zip- Sweater and Cropped Jeans
This juicy orange zip-up sweater is definitely one of my favorites! It’s a chunky knit that with that warm and cozy fall vibe, but it not wide, heavy or sloppy where it makes you look weighed down. Can you see how it is kind of streamlined?
It’s a nubby knit, and the texture on the front is really nice. My favorite thing is the cool button-up neckline and those sporty gold snaps. They make the sweater feel modern. Also, the collar is a nice way to frame your face.
This cute sweater comes in other colors, but I love rocking this bright orange for Halloween and Thanksgiving!

Knit Lady Jacket
Back to another lady jacket. Boy, is this style popular this year! This is a sweater lady jacket and I think it is one of the nicest I have seen. The pattern is very classy, it has beautiful buttons and I love that gorgeous burgundy mixed with cream. There are those cropped jeans again.
They fit like a glove and look “very demure” when you see a touch of ankle with shoes. You could also wear these jeans with booties, and they would look fab.
Just so you know, these are the slim, straight legs, which are a tad narrower than straight leg, but not skinny! Skinnies are out.

Animal Print Puffer Vest
Don’t you think this great puffer vest is the cat’s meow? O.K. but really, it’s such a great piece to have in your wardrobe. It’s great this time of year when you are just running out and want to keep warm but don’t want to wear a heavy coat.
This is the kind of thing that would be great for walking the dog in. (But not in those shoes!!!! LOL) The camel sweater (the same one I showed earlier) looks great as a layering piece with this chic puffer vest!
