It won’t be long before the summer winds up, so today I’m partnering up with two wonderful blogger friends, Jo-Lynne and Tania, to bring you some fabulous Labor Day style. What will you be doing to celebrate?
Over at my house, we’ll be having a backyard BBQ with a few friends – a little end of summer party, with social distancing, of course. As you can see, I have the perfect dress for that.
I just picked up this cute leopard print maxi, thinking it would be perfect to wear by the pool when I’m entertaining. Leopard is always a little dramatic, and a great way to add a playful touch to your wardrobe.
Usually, on Labor Day weekend, I wear cropped pants or shorts, but having been so cooped up for so long, I’ve been looking for any reason to dress up. This dress feels fun to wear!
I love the way the crisscross front and wrap style tie belt creates such a beautiful shape. And the ruffled hem seems to soften the edginess of animal print and lend a romantic touch.
One of the reasons I bought this maxi is because leopard print is timeless. I know I can have for years, and it will always be in style.
Not only is my maxi perfect for a Labor Day party, but it’s also great for a cruise, or if I went anywhere on vacation. You just roll it up and tuck it in your suitcase and when you want to dress it up, just add some bold statement jewelry for a more glamorous look.
I hope you’ve had a wonderful summer despite the stay at home and social distancing restrictions. If you’d like to enjoy your Labor Day in a dress like this, you can shop the links below. I’ve listed other similar dresses, as it is the end of the season, and everything is selling out.
Be sure to stop by Jo-Lynne’s blog to see what she is wearing and have a peek at the Labor Day outfit Tania has put together too. They have really nailed some cute, end of summer Labor Day weekend looks!
