White House Black Market Summer Try On
I love bright colors and fun prints in summer, so when I passed by White House Black Market at the mall, I had to go in and try on a few pretty dresses for you. Here are a few I liked and some other great finds. And they are all on sale!
Tropical Bustier Dress
They say buy the dress, and the party will come, and that’s how I felt when I tried on this gorgeous strapless dress. It was made to wow at a special event like a wedding or summer garden party! I added this bold jacket and like it even more. It’s definitely my color. And my phone matches it too – lol!
Palm Sateen Dress
I love the print on this elegant sateen sundress. It felt beautiful on, but the size 6, my normal size, was a little snug. Size up one on this beauty!
Blazer Dress
I have bought this classic style repeatedly for years. It’s such a smart look and would be great for the office!
Long Sleeve Eyelet Shirt Dress
White Eyelet Dress
I love eyelet, and this dress was pretty, but it felt too short for me and came across as too little girly. A petite gal may be able to carry this off. I’m 5’7 and have fairly long legs so, unfortunately, it was a pass.
Braided Top
When looking for a sleeveless blouse with a touch of extra, this shirt has some interest in the fabric braid detail. I like the orange, but it comes in other colors.
Ruffle Bust Sheath Dress
oohlala..This dress felt fabulous! It was a great length and held everything in, but I’d need a little jacket or wrap to go with it if I wore it to a wedding or special event. It’s an interesting color mix, too.
Ruched Twill Jacket
I’m back to the beginning with the ruched jacket I showed you at the start of this post, but this time, I paired it with a nice V-neck tee and the jeans I wore. This jacket has a fantastic shape, but the color is not for the faint of heart! It’s got punch!
I hope that by trying a few things, you will have a better feel for some of the newest items from White House Black Market. I’m looking forward to going back for more!
Yellow is your color, but I like the orange on you too! There are lots of great choices. I love that eyelet dress, and I could pull it off because I’m petite (5’2″) and have an Ingénue style personality.
