Whether it’s hot or cold or anything in between, once Sept 1st hits, I’m itching to dive into some gorgeous fall colors and transitional outfits.

1. Magnificent Mustard
Mustard is a timeless fall color, and this year you will see a lot of it. I love this elegant tie-neck blouse with the beautiful criss-cross panels and flowy look.
This is the perfect blouse to wear to dress up jeans and looks very rich worn with skinny jeans tucked into a pair of tall, flat suede boots. A pop of red in the way of a fall bag, or even just a swipe of red lipstick, helps balance out this bold color.

2. Wild About Animal Print
The latest animal prints for fall are extra edgy and very modern, like this deep fall green cheetah print blouse. I know how you all love a zippered blouse, and I do too ( so sporty), and those roll tabs sleeves are want we all want to cover the arm jiggle but still look youthful.
Black and dark green are a rich and intoxicating color combo for fall.

3. Pretty Lady on the Prairie
Some women love a homespun feel, and that’s exactly what you get with this dainty floral print prairie blouse in roasted burgundy (great color name, right?). This laid back country look goes well with lighter, washed jeans ( flares give it a boho vibe) and earthy brown accessories like these cowboy-inspired cutout booties and leather saddlebag. A long, soft cardigan makes it nice and cozy.

4. Chic in Chocolate Brown
It’s been a while since we’ve seen much brown, and I personally find it quite refreshing. This darling twist tie sweater in chocolate brown looks modern and new with a pair of cropped wide-leg jeans, some fabulous suede mules, and a honey-colored crossbody bag.
Add a leopard print belt for a flash of leopard here and there, and these pretty layered gold chains pop against the velvety chocolate backdrop.

5. Feeling Blue in Fall Florals
Here’s a pretty blouse that is truly transitional – summer to fall or fall to winter or winter to spring! This cool blue floral print is feminine but not girly and looks fantastic with dark blue cropped pants or dark denim.
The nice thing about these round hem tops is they make your legs look longer. A blue cut straight across will cut you off horizontally and make you look short compared to this one with the higher side that shows more leg and creates flattering, sexy curves. Neutral flats in this chic reptile print also extend the leg line and make you look taller.

Which look are you dying to try? That mustard one is calling my name!
I like all of them.
Prairie all the way!
