Shop Cardis for a Cause with Oprah & Talbots

Looking stylish is always more exciting when you know you are giving back. Today I’m proud to be partnering Talbots and O, The Oprah Magazine for a very worthy cause.

For the fifth year in a row, they’ve teamed up to create a limited-edition capsule collection with 30% of the net proceeds directly benefitting Dress for Success, an international not-for-profit organization that gives women the tools they need to be economically independent.

This year the collection is called Cardis for a Cause and features 5 unique cardigans. This one I’m wearing is the sporty one – a beautiful, sky blue cardigan  (similar) with black and white racing stripes and a curved hem. Look closely, and you will see that it also has cool side zippers down at the hips.

I’ve paired this light, super soft sweater with this sleeveless striped tank to get a fun mix of stripes in 2 directions.  These  white cropped pants pull it all together and create a relaxed, modern look.

These fresh spring pieces work together to create a great outfit for your 40+ lifestyle. It’s no fuss, very comfy, and travels well. And look at these suede square-toe loafers with the adorable bow ties!

If you are a leggings gal, this sweater would also look great with black leggings, a black top, and your favorite sneakers.  You could wear it after your workout when you are dropping by the coffee shop, or slip it on when you are working from home on your computer, and you want to feel comfy, but look pulled together.
