How To Wear Gray This Fall Without Looking Washed Out
For some it’s depressing and for others it’s calming. Gray is a low-key, gentle color. One of the reasons Gray is so popular is that it is a fabulous background color to visually support all the other gorgeous fall shades. The flattering neutral brings sophistication to any wardrobe.

Gray Band Jacket
If you skin coloring is warm gray can be a little drab so when I want to go the gray way I usually reach for something in more a a charcoal gray. Charcoal gry is a cross between gray and warm black. It’s not as deep or heavy and can look beautiful worn with black and off white. Add a touch of red to gray to make it come alive.

Burgundy and Gray
My favorite way to wear gray is next to Burgundy. Burgundy is rich and classy and make a beautiful backdrop for a soft cozy gray sweater like this.

Gray and Cognac
Here’s a fresh new combo I have been seen for fall – gray with copper or cognac. It’s not a match you’d instantly think of but it actually looks pretty fabulous. I like to think of the gray as the gray Autum sky and the gold, copper, or cognac as the leaves against that sky. Add some black jeans to make this sweater pop.

If you like the idea of combining gray with other colors than a gray striped or colorblocked sweater is a fab look. This one is cozy and kind of interesting because of it’s mix of gray, light camel, light blue and moss green. It’s a modern color combo that gives this outfit a creative vibe.
