When I think of summer fashion, I think eyelet and seersucker. If you like eyelet, here’s a pretty blouse (also comes in white) that’s light and airy and perfect for hot and humid day or a cool one. And don’t you just love the frilly detail at the neckline? It adds a romantic touch to an already very feminine blouse.
A good summer dress for work is hard to find. I find that so many summer dresses are for casual occasions (too short, no enough coverage), so when I came across this one, I knew I had to share it. If you go into an office during the summer months, this dress is the perfect mix of polish and professional, and the pleats hit at just the right places to create curves.
I wasn’t sure about short-sleeve sweaters at first, but they’ve really grown on me. They are very practical for the summer months, especially if you’re spending more time indoors (in an office) than out. This open-stitch sweater is a pretty shade of peach but also comes in ivory and is a perfect pairing to jeans, trousers, and even shorts. If you’re looking for a breathable sweater, this one is it.

I need some help as I am wondering what to wear to a memorial service that will take place inside a hotel, but it is summer here and close to 100 degrees. Can I wear white linen pants with a copper-colored jacket? I don’t own any dresses and like to wear pants. I have a black coat, a white jacket, and a linen copper jacket. Help!
