Sparkly, Christmas Sweater Dresses Up Jeans

Looking to give a casual outfit a little holiday shine? A sparkly, pretty Christmas sweater is a great way to give your favorite jeans or cords a festive look and feel.  Here’s what I’m talking about.

Sometimes a little adds a whole lot. That’s the case with this soft white sparkly sweater embellished with a splash of shiny sequins.

This is a relaxed, easy-going sweater that looks great with your favorite pair of jeans, or in this case, cords.

I love the pink sequins mixed with blue, gold, and silver. It’s a nice change from all the red I have been seeing. Wouldn’t this top be great for a casual holiday get-together? I like the idea of wearing it on the weekend if I’m going out for a bite to get me in the mood for Christmas.

While I was shopping, I spotted these sporty wine-colored corduroy pants—what a fantastic match. I knew I had found a great casual outfit!

Do you see that button fly? It makes these corduroy pants look really modern (and yes, the pants are easy to get undone and done up). The crisp little thigh pocket gives these pants a trendy cargo-style look.

purple cords Deborah BolandCords can sometimes be bulky ( I almost didn’t try them on),  but these skinny cords are sensational, especially with a pair of chic black suede booties.
