Peacock Plume Tee From Kate Spade

Fashion is all about expressing your style and showing your true colors. What better way to do that than with this Kate Spade Peacock Plume Tee!

This darling Peacock Tee has a beautiful explosion of color I couldn’t resist. Sometimes, something as simple as a white t-shirt with a fabulous print like this is all you need to take a fundamental outfit from average to awesome.

I fell in love with this noble Peacock print. It’s the theme of a new collection by Kate Spade that includes Peacock purses, phone cases, jewelry- just about everything peacock you can think of!  See what I mean below.

When I’m out and about on weekends, I don’t want to get all dressed up, but I want to look cute. This fun tee is a great way to look colorful and stylish without a lot of effort.

I’ve paired my Kate Spade Peacock Plume Tee with a pair of NYDJ white pants. I like this cropped style for summer. These pants are not as short as capris but not as long as ankle pants (typically just a touch above the ankle).

I find that Capris (which end smack dab in the middle of my calf) are frumpy. They cut off at an unattractive point and make women’s legs look heavy. These pants are a little longer, so they’re more flattering.  They’re sporty and casual, and they feel relaxed with this summery tee, especially since I’ve teamed them up with a pair of rhinestone wedge flip-flops.

Here’s a closer look. This is the newest pant detail for spring. I’ve seen many jeans with big, shaggy fringes, but I prefer a more subtle, elegant fringe. It’s that classic with a modern twist look that’s more me.

They finally let me get close, and I snapped this shot. Where I live (on the shores of Lake Ontario), these guys are everywhere!
