How to Wear Printed Pants

If you have a closet full of solid-color pants, a pair of stylish printed pants will perk up your wardrobe.

Think polka dot pants, striped pants, floral print pants, geometric print pants, animal print pants, abstract print pants & more!

The print you choose depends on your personality, but they all can look great. Here’s a pair I have in my closet and how I like to wear them.

Nautical Print Pants

I always love a nautical look in the summer, but instead of going for a classic striped top and white or blue jeans, I opted for these cute, cropped print pants.

These are from Michael Kors and have a fun rope chain print. I like the dark base since print pants are busy and can make you look bottom-heavy.

The navy automatically makes them slightly more slimming than a bright or light background.m

You don’t need much to make these cute, navy-cropped pants stand out. A print top would be way too busy, so just add a solid-colored top.

You could go with white or navy, but that’s pretty conservative. I added a bright red top with a chain-detail neckline to make this outfit pop!

White slides and a red tote complete this patriotic outfit that would be great on July 4th, Memorial weekend, or anytime you are down by water or dreaming about it!
